TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

ONE REGISTRATION FORM PER CABIN/ROOM PLEASE.

TRAVELERS MUST USE THEIR LEGAL NAMES AS THEY APPEAR ON THEIR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP TO REGISTER. Boarding may be denied if names and dates of birth do not match registration.

Vacation Protection Information

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described below and on the prior page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen medical reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

The deposit is non-refundable and will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Please feel free to contact your travel agent, Tina at (904) 677-1229 with any questions.

The deposit is $200 per cabin, double occupancy and due within 48 hours of registration. If you are booking a cabin for 1, 3 or 4 people, or if you are interested in a suite or other cabin type, please submit your information and your travel agent, Tina, will contact you with additional information before processing your registration.

Final payment will be due February 27, 2027
